                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
                   MARGARET J. HICKS, RELATIVE TO THE GUNBARREL
                   ROAD WIDENING PROJECT, TRACT NO. 34, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF THREE THOUSAND, NINE
                   HUNDRED FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($3,915.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way and construction easement from 
Margaret
       J. Hicks, relative to the Gunbarrel Road Widening Project, Tract
       No. 34, for a consideration of $3,915.00.
